II. PRODUCT FEATURES

SSNM® 9280 is a patented special dispersant developed for the formulation characteristics of pesticide water-dispersible granules (WDG). It’s a macromolecular compound with a comb-like structure, synthesized by the graft copolymerization of a long hydrophobic backbone chain and hydrophilic anionic low-molecular-weight monomers.

When applied in water-dispersible granules, the long hydrophobic backbone chain can form an irreversible and full coating on the pesticide active ingredient particles. Meanwhile, a large number of hydrophilic low-molecular-weight comb-like side chains and their carried charges can form an effective charge layer repulsion effect, which effectively prevents agglomeration and sedimentation between particles and endows the product with stable and reliable suspension performance.

Application Features

1.Low addition level: An ideal product performance can be achieved with an addition level of 3-5%.

2.Excellent application performance: It can be compounded with naphthalene sulfonate in the application formula and has good universality for high-content WDG. It especially shows great compatibility with the WDG formulations of technical ingredients such as atrazine, ametryn and pyrimethanil.

3.Easy pulverization: The unique hollow spherical structure of SSNM® 9280 makes it easier to pulverize, ensuring a smooth production process.

4.Good storage stability: Products processed with SSNM® 9280 exhibit excellent aging storage performance.

5.Simple and smooth process: Good process-aiding performance makes granulation more smooth and improves production efficiency.

6.Satisfactory product appearance: The pure white appearance ensures the final product achieves an ideal visual effect.

7.Strong adaptability: Satisfactory products can be obtained even for ultra-fine technical ingredients or those with uneven particle size distribution.

8.Good hard water resistance: It has a certain hard water resistance capacity and excellent salt tolerance.
