II. PRODUCT FEATURES

SSNM® 9290  is a special dispersant developed for the formulation characteristics of WDG. It’s a macromolecular compound with a comb-like structure, synthesized by the graft copolymerization of a long highly hydrophobic backbone chain and hydrophilic anionic low-molecular-weight monomers. When applied in water-dispersible granules, the long hydrophobic backbone chain can form an irreversible and complete coating on the pesticide active ingredient particles, while a large number of hydrophilic low-molecular-weight comb-like side chains and their carried charges can create an effective charge layer repulsion effect. This effectively prevents agglomeration and sedimentation between particles, endowing the product with stable and reliable suspension performance.

Application Features

1.Low dosage: Desirable product performance can be achieved with an addition level of 3-5%.

2.Excellent application performance: It can be compounded with naphthalene sulfonate in the application formula and has good universality for high-content WDG. It especially exhibits great compatibility with the WDG formulations of technical ingredients such as atrazine, ametryn and pyrimethanil.

3.Easy pulverization: The unique hollow spherical structure of SSNM® 9290 makes it more easily pulverized, ensuring a smooth production process.

4.Good storage stability: Products processed with SSNM® 9290 exhibit excellent aging storage performance.

5.High suspension rate: The prepared WDG products feature a high suspension rate and remain stable during long-term storage.

6.Satisfactory product appearance: The pure white appearance ensures the final product achieves an ideal visual effect.

7.Strong adaptability: Satisfactory products can be obtained even for ultra-fine technical ingredients or those with uneven particle size distribution.

8.Good hard water resistance: It has excellent hard water resistance capacity and outstanding salt tolerance.
