CLEANING AGENT LS

Product Introduction:  

*The cleaning agent is the excellent cleaning agent and calcium soap dispersant, penetration addictive and suitable for high-class fabric washing, using it can get a good hand feeling and fullness feeling as well as being suitable for the printing fabric post-processing of activity, ice-dyeing dyes, etc. and removing floating color, the high-requiring net washing in textile industry. The cleaning agent LS also can be used as leveling agent in acidic-restoring dye.
*Stability: acid-proof, alkali-proof, hard-water-proof and salt-proof.
*Affinity: it is of affinity to protein and polyamide fibers, while no affinity to cotton, hemp and other fibers.
*Performance: the proliferation and colloid protection is good, no penetration and foaming.
*Compatibility: it can be simultaneously used with anionic and non-ionizing surface active agent.

Product Application:  

*The wool net washing: raw wool, wool yarn; wool, mud velvet all can be washed by the cleaning agent LS, after washing, the fibers’ hand feeling is soft, no shrinking, and not affecting subsequent dyeing. The dosage usually is 1-2g/L, the cleaning agent LS has emulsifying capability for oil, therefore it can be used as refining lotion for wool and wool fabrics. If used in hard water, the cleaning agent can be used together with sodium carbonate.
*Adding the cleaning agent LS in the soap boiling liquid of the printing-dyeing fabrics can remove the adsorbed color in fabric and the deposited dirt, impurities. For ice, it can be removed by adding the cleaning agent LS 1-1.5g/Land sodium carbonate 1-29 g/L in soap boiling. When in vat dye dyeing in soap boiling, adding the cleaning agent LS 1 g/L in soap boiling bath can remove floating color and enhance color brightness, and for the slow oxidation of vat dyes it may promote coloring completely. On activity dye dyeing fabrics and washing out floating color, it can be added of the cleaning agent LS 1-2 g/L, sodium carbonate 0.5 g/L in soap boiling bath, the effect can be significantly enhanced. Usually in the printed fabrics soap boiling liquid, adding the cleaning agent LS 0.3-1 g/L can prevent staining, and make white color brilliant.
*Dyeing assisting: the cleaning agent LS may be used as the dyeing assistant with very good effect. The dosage is generally 0.2-0.4% of textile. When restoring, sulfide and direct dyes dyeing cotton, it all can use the cleaning agent LS as the dyeing assisting. When the dyeing water with high hardness, it is particularly suitable, in general, the dosage is 0.2-0.4 of cotton weight.
