DISPERSANT R-425

Product Introduction:

Dispersant R-425 meets the function standards in the usage of aqueous suspension concentrate and drying agent, and is adapted to various degrees of hard water occasions, dissolving all the components. Condensation polymer of R-425 naphthalene sulfonate is more effective than other products, with greater dispersing effect.

*Applicable for standard dispersants such as WP, WDG,SC etc.

The amount can be increased according to the variety and quality of the agent.
e.g. in 80% Niclosamide WP, 7% of R-425 is needed; In WDG, technology for production of granular can affect the amount of dispersant required. More density of the granular composition, more concern need to be focus on the redispersibility and disintegration, and more dispersant has to be added; In 75% Imidacloprid WDG, 6.5% of fluidized bed production of granular is added, and 7.5% granulating by extrusion; In SC, when solid concentration is high, R-425 shall be increased to 3.0-5.0%. the application amount of surfactant and the surface area of the solid granular in the final formula shall be in direct ratio, the smaller of the average solid granule diameter, the bigger the surface area, and thus more surfactant need to be added.
*R-425 is alkalic, pesticides which are not stable in alkali condition shall adjust the PH value, like In 90% carbaryl WDG, proper citric acid needs to be added to adjust the PH.
*R-425can be used together with other kinds of dispersants, such as lignin type etc. the domestic existed WP formula may have poor suspension or dispersing effect, in this occasion, we can add 0.5~2%of R-425 on the original basis, which can produce a much obvious improvement. R-425 can also be used together with lignin type dispersant in WDG, in an overseas patent example: 2.25% of R-425, 6.5% of sodium ligninsulfonate, 11% of wetting agent, formula of original medicine and kaolinite is applicable to mancozeb products; In SC, R-425 can be applied with emulsifying agent, with an amount of 0.5-1.0%, by this way, it can reduce the system viscosity, improve the grinding efficiency, and enhance the storage stability.
