Features and Application

DF350 is specially developed for pesticide preparation, the main component is modified polysiloxane. It adopted the advanced production technology and is a new generation of defoamer with high efficiency and stability. It has a fast defoaming speed, long Inhibiting time, wide pH application, and low consumption, etc. This product has excellent antifoaming effect under quick dispersion condition, and is widely used in pesticide suspension concentrate (SC), wettable powder (WP), water dispersible granule (WDG), etc.

1.De-foaming: To add this product evenly into the foaming liquid, the usage amount depends on the foam, usually 1-5‰ can achieve obvious effect.
2.Foam-inhibiting: can add before the formation of foams, not only inhibit excessive foams on the surface, but also eliminate dispersed foams in body phase
3.We recommend diluting it in 3 to 5 times of water, can also be added directly.
4.DF350 is stable, good dispersion performance, with low viscosity, no layering after dilution.
5.Package and storage: 25/50kg plastic barrel, Moistureproof, and put in dry and ventilated place.

Notice

1.It may be frozen under 0℃, or may be a small amount of layering under overheated storage. just stir it and has no influence.
2.If storage exceed the time as stated, it doesn't mean that the product can't continue to be used. But in this case, in order to ensure the quality of products, you need to check the relevant properties of the product.
3.Its final consumption will be affected by the temperature of the foaming solution, foaming degree, chemical characteristics, and stirring situation. To raise or lower the usage amount according to the different requirements of production conditions in order to achieve the most economic and efficient level.
4.This product mainly for all kinds of pesticide formulations. If used elsewhere, please test first and then decide the usage amount.
