Features and Application

EMULSON B231 has good emulsion stability, ensures the stability of original drug actives, and maintains dilution stability of the emulsion.
It’s a multipurpose emulsifier, a complex product of various nonionic and anionic surfactants, can effectively emulsify active system with aromatic hydrocarbon as a solvent. The missible oil thus formulated can form a stable emulsion automatically and effectively disperse the active substance. Usage of one pair of the emulsifier can formulate a variety of missible oil. Emulsifier system in pairs has wide adaptability on the quality fluctuation of original drugs, changing of the solvent, the water temperature, and water quality. The series can also be applied on suspoemulsion, concentrated emulsions, microemulsion etc.
The emulsifier has excellent stability of emulsion, and the balance of its chemical structure, lipophilicity, hydrophilicity can obtain a wide range of water hardness, fine emulson in water temperature. Applied together with EMULSON C280 can adapt to the emulsion of most hydrophobic oil emulsion.
