Features and Application

1.It’s applicable on some high content of suspension concentrate, outstanding wetting effect on original drugs. It reduces viscosity of slurry with high content of active matters before grinding, and advantageous to dispersion and crush of the active matters in the grinding media during the grinding process.
2.It’s suitable for complicated formula in binary/ternary blends with original drugs of different physical and chemical properties.
3.those likely to occur Ostwald ripening phenomenon can apply this product together with to get better effect.
4.It has a good ability to inhibit recrystallization , reduce system viscosity, increase liquidity.
5.For suspension emulsion system with solid and liquid the two particles exist at the same time microcosmically, it has very good compatibility, stability and barrier protection.
6.DISPER D1000 is the upgrade product of DISPER D500 with better effect.
7.Suggest to make high content SC formulation, use: DISPER RYD 982+DISPER D600+DISPER D1000，which has been proved to be very effective according to a lot of experiment datas.
