Features and Application

DISPER D600 is a new type of high molecular surfactant with comb-like structure formed by unsaturated monomer copolymerization. This product is yellow transparent viscous liquid, can easily soluble in water, a fine surfactant for not only triazoles, urea suspension concentrate (SC), or seed coating suspension(FS),but also applicable on to high contents of herbicides, Pesticides, fungicides etc. It’s usually used with DISPER RYD 981 or DISPER RYD 982, specially adapted to the emamectin benzoate, triazolone,and suspension concentrate system easy to get creaming.
DISPER D600 with comb-like structure improves the charge density, increases the thickness of double electric layers on the particle surface under the external forces like colloid milling or high-speed shearing force; The 3D shape high molecular structure can effectively prevent the adjacent particles collision, improve the dispersion stability of pesticide particles in continuous phase of water. DISPER D600 is applicable on formulation of SC FS CS DF, especially suitable for suspension concentrate products or Suspension for seed coating products which are easy to get creaming such as azoles, urea, emamectin benzoate etc.
The Comb-like structure of DISPER D600 can achieve multi-point adsorption. Due to electrostatic repulsion, solvation chain and 3D space adsorption effect, it can quickly and irreversibly adsorbed on the surface of pesticide particles under the pesticide during SC preparation in high-speed grinding process. A long-term stability of adsorption can be gained by electrostatic effect, solvation chain effect, and steric hindrance effects, to ensure dispersion stability of SC product
strongly recommended to apply DISPER D600 on the preparation of high water-soluble original drugs (SC), such as emamectin benzoate, Bispyribac-sodium, thiamethoxam etc.
